Job Title

 

Paramedic  I (Part-Time/Fulltime)
EMT (Part-Time/Fulltime), EMT-I (Part-Time/Fulltime)

Organization Summary

The Clear Lake Emergency Medical Corps services an area of approximately 70 square miles utilizing three full-time MICU units and one peak-time MICU unit with a call volume of over 4,500 calls in 2011.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provides emergency care to the sick and injured within the bounds of protocol set forth by the medical director of the Clear Lake Emergency Medical Corps and the regulations established by the Texas Department of State Health Services.

 

Performs routine inspection and care of emergency equipment, vehicles and facilities.

 

Attends frequent training events sponsored by the Clear Lake Emergency Medical Corps.

 

Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Current Texas EMT-P/ Texas LP, EMT-I, EMT.  Current Texas driver license.

Testing Information
