Safe Sitter® is a national, non-profit organization that provides programs to teach youth life and safety skills for when they are home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. Over 175 lives have been saved by Safe Sitter® graduates using their skills.
Young teens need training in fist aid, indoor and outdoor safety, and how to handle household emergencies before they adequately prepared to stay home alone or watch younger siblings. Safe Sitter® graduates are prepared with the knowledge they need to prevent problems and handle unexpected emergencies.
